Associate volunteers shall meet the following criteria:
Eligibility Requirements
- Be a continuous employee of a current customer of Oracle using the HCM product as a functional or technical resource; or
- Be a continuous vendor for Oracle HCM products; or
- Be a continuous professional consultant supporting Oracle HCM products or users.
In order to apply to become an Associate Volunteer, please:
- Submit a resume and two professional references;
- Consent to a background check (depending on the volunteer assignment);
- Sign a conflict of interest statement (to be provided upon receipt of resume and references).
OHUG Participation Requirements
- Prefer volunteers who have been members of OHUG for a minimum of one year;
- Prefer volunteers who have attended at least one OHUG conference within the past five years;
- The first year of service shall be a probationary period;
- After one calendar year of service, members are eligible to remain as an associate volunteer be or be considered for a standing member volunteer.
Time Commitment Requirements
- Be willing to serve a one year term;
- Be available a minimum of 5 hours per month.
