Associate Volunteers Print E-mail

Associate volunteers shall meet the following criteria:

Eligibility Requirements

  • Be a continuous employee of a current customer of Oracle using the HCM product as a functional or technical resource; or
  • Be a continuous vendor for Oracle HCM products; or
  • Be a continuous professional consultant supporting Oracle HCM products or users.

In order to apply to become an Associate Volunteer, please:

  • Submit a resume and two professional references;
  • Consent to a background check (depending on the volunteer assignment);
  • Sign a conflict of interest statement (to be provided upon receipt of resume and references).

OHUG Participation Requirements

  • Prefer volunteers who have been members of OHUG for a minimum of one year;
  • Prefer volunteers who have attended at least one OHUG conference within the past five years;
  • The first year of service shall be a probationary period;
  • After one calendar year of service, members are eligible to remain as an associate volunteer be or be considered for a standing member volunteer.

Time Commitment Requirements

  • Be willing to serve a one year term;
  • Be available a minimum of 5 hours per month.
