We invite and encourage the User Groups to actively participate in these usability exercises. Health Check Consumption Forum - starting in early February the Proactive Support team will reach out to customers to gain insight into the ways that Health Checks and Health recommendations are being used to maintain system health and prevent problems. EBS Patch Recommendations Review - The Oracle product team developing the EBS Patch Management capability is looking for customers to participate in requirements discussions and give feedback on innovation ideas, start date TBD. A "Using My Oracle Support" community discussion was started on this topic December 15 to convey scope and invite participation: EBS Patch Recommendation Reviews. A blog entry was also authored inviting customers into EBS Patch Management Reviews, My Oracle Support blog entry Invitations to these and upcoming usability exercises will be posted to the "Using My Oracle Support" community.
